I only go here for the Amazon dropoff. It is super easy to return things to Amazon here...Kohl's will even package the return for you.

Place feels like it's going out of business, couldn't find what I needed, neither could my wife. We'll be shopping elsewhere going forward. Used to love this store, now nothing gets stocked, entire departments are gone (men's formal/business wear as an example). Not sure what's going on, but feels like they're shutting down
