Tried ordering with this bakery for over 3 weeks, but baker Luca does not respond to phone calls or emails ... Would not order anything important from them in the future.... Long Island and New York has plenty of great bakeries and businesses and this is not one of them...

I agree with the other 2 responses, you should order ahead of time. Also, there is a specialty bakery further up the road in Bellmore or Merrick, off of Merrick Road, that serves gluten free items, which may be more helpful,to you as,well
Yes. Call ahead. They have beautiful cakes and they even have chocolate candles
