I agree with the other 2 responses, you should order ahead of time. Also, there is a specialty bakery further up the road in Bellmore or Merrick, off of Merrick Road, that serves gluten free items, which may be more helpful,to you as,well
Their sugar free options are limited. Try Princess bakery in massapequa. Excellent selection of sugar free goodies.
Most likely not ready to buy without planning, I would think if you call ahead they can make a special order for you.
