I am a travel nurse with kids and took a short term lease at Palladium Park. The staff is very friendly. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond. The grill areas are nice and the pool is clean. They have a package center that links to your email and give you a code so that is convenient and safe. I also have two dogs and they are very dog friendly. The cons are there are rusty nails in the sidewalk cracks and around the pool. After a holiday weekend there were baggies with pills and empty alcohol containers around the building. Several times people have let themselves into the pool area by leaning over the gate and pushing the exit button. Also, several groups smoke, drink and scream obscenities around the pool area and let other people in. Their website states there is a playground, which is one of the reasons I chose these apartments. However, there is no playground. No swings, no slide, nothing. If they did have one, they definitely do not now. I have had to call the office three times about the people that live above me because all night they stomp and bang on the floor so loud the ceiling and walls shake. It has woken my children and I up several times since living here. Twice packages that were left at my door were opened by residents and left there. Guess it wasn’t what they wanted. Lastly, the carpet is disgusting. It was not cleaned before I moved in. The apartment smells like cigarettes and animal urine. The blinds are cheap and were cracked when I moved in as well. I had to pay a $700 NON refundable pet fee for my two dogs before I moved in. This fee is the most I have paid anywhere and is outrageous considering the condition of the carpet. I gave my rating two starts instead of one because of how friendly the office staff and maintenance are. Management above them seems to be lacking due to condition of apartment, absurd pet fee and valid noise complaints not being handled.

My parents and I went to check out this apartment complex after a long day of apartment hunting. From the minute we walked into the door, we were greeted by Meghan with the most amazing customer service and professionalism! This quality is something the other apartment assistants lacked at the other apartment complexes we had visited earlier in the day. Meghan was so helpful and very informative with the plans and did not hesitate to show us multiple models. At the end of the tour, I was so happy with what I saw that I couldn’t wait to apply!

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have live many place. The facilities are well maintained. The amenities are excellent for the price. There is access to everything you need as far as shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The management is quick to respond to questions or concerns. The community is very safe. I work at a local CPA firm up the street and many have my co-works have lived there in the past and wished they never moved out. I only left because I got married and my wife owns a house. I lived there for 2 years and I don’t see how anyone could rate this place any less than 4 stars. I would take a hard look at any of the lower reviews and question them because in my opinion they probably have hidden motives or caused there own bad experiences.

Been here about a month and it's been great. Office staff is pleasant and the office area/gym and other amenities are nice. I put in a maintenance request in online at 0830 before office opens and at 0920 someone was knocking on my door. 3 bed apartments are a good size and you can't beat the location. Of course the shopping right next door but also I've found doctors/dentists/orthodontists all within 2 minutes away. Only thing I don't like is how loud it is when people upstairs are walking. However, I have not heard my next-door neighbor through the wall.
