Living here has been the worst experience in my life. Wish I would have moved elsewhere when first coming to the state. It isn't the area or even the neighbors it is the property office. They are slow to do everything except collect the overly charged rent. I do not recommend this property or the parent company to anyone. Even during the initial process they made me completely uneasy with the way they "handle business". If it weren't for the fact they accept dogs I would not have continued through the process.

Listen .. let me be very honest !! I have been a tenant here going on 4 years .. I’ve stayed in the 2 bd room and moved to 2 different 3 bd rooms .. yes there have been some disturbances but what complex doesn’t?? ..Broadstone is close to the highway, grocery stores and gas stations .. these are the largest apartments I’ve ever lived in and you cannot beat the price..A gated community.. peaceful neighbors and excellent staff from maintenance to office staff! When I first found these apartments I couldn’t believe that they have been here the whole time .. I really love this place .. this place is beautiful in side and out ! The Good out weighs the bad by a long shot .. any problem has never been a problem for long !!!

The office staff was fantastic to work with during my transition from Indiana to North Carolina. the day of move in the office staff again was there to gret and make sure things went smooth. The maintenance staff attended to the few minor issues immediately and professionally. Since moving in the maintenance staff again immediately came through to work on my issues.
