They are Housing Authority properties located in High Point, NC. Carson Stout is on the Southeast side of the city. Beaming Court is near downtown & JC Morgan is near the 5 points area.

Can apartments be rented in JC Morgan without having section 8?

Hi...if your still on it you can do a transfer. If not you will have to go into the office 500 E. Russell Ave and do a paper application....there is no online application for this anymore.
