First of all, if I could rate this place 0 stars I would!! I made an appointment online and checked in online before my 9:45am Appt. I get there and the receptionist is very rude and did not greet me/ or speak to me when I walked in. I stood there I know 3-5 mins before she acknowledged me, and this is only because I stepped to the side and made her look at me as I said hello. She claimed she couldn’t see any information I did online for my check in (which I had a confirmation for) so that was a waste of time as I had to complete it all again. It took over an hour for me to get fully checked in. I wasn’t called back to be worked up until 11:50am, that was absolutely ridiculous. They need better protocols and staff to run this place. I work in healthcare as well and this is a disgrace to the field. I honestly think this location needs to be completely purged from front to back. The only positive was the provider I saw was very nice and had great bedside manner. Smh.. this is in no way “FastMed”. Prepare to be there for a while.
Stella Bistro Foods
Waited over an hour for simple drug screening. Front desk refused to let me use the restroom, yet allowed a Causian lady to use the restroom -TWICE! When I returned from next door using their bathroom, the front desk girl told me I wasn't to leave and didn't point to signage saying I couldn't use the restroom upon checking in. Lazy, not helpful, the nurses have attitudes and unwelcoming service. Dreaded coming back for a follow-up appointment, but the service on my THIRD visit was completely delightful.

Waited over a hour and thirty minutes just to take a urine test. The two at the front desk are ghetto & unprofessional. Playing music, eating and carrying on unprofessional conversations. This place really should change their name from fast to slow and there is NOTHING urgent about this place. The entire staff moves slow as if people do not have anything else to do. Oh yea, I had my one year old with me. If I thought this would have been an “in & out” situation. Employers should really consider other places to contract with.

Staff was very professional, quick (even with running behind schedule as was communicated at time of check in) and truly seemed to care for patients and their concerns. Ralph at front desk, the nurse/MA with the cute colorful crocs, and Audrey the PA were wonderful, very kind, and made my visit as comfortable as possible. All of my questions and concerns answered. 10/10 would recommend to any family or friends.
