I'm used to BigLots employees being distant,rude and will do anything to avoid answering the phone at most locations.. This place though is amazing, they always answer the phone(even the furniture department) quickly and they are always polite/nice! I've only had to call twice but I'm always in shock because it's not the usual "you get what you get" biglots experience. Keep up the good work!
