The Chicken Man is the best…and I don’t mean that in a pandering way…he really is. Months after we had bought our hens, we had a situation and I wasn’t sure what I should do. I called him and even though he was as busy and probably didn’t even remember my family , he stopped what he was doing to help me. He gave me lots of suggests to make our run more predator proof. He really really does care about the chickens he sells and their well being even after they go to their new homes. I would only purchase hens from The Chicken Man, he has a servants spirit, a wonderful Christian !

My good friend bought 40 hens thatwere supposed to be 12 weeks. He had paid him quite a bit of money to raise them to that age but seem like they were alot younger.when he met my friend he had them in cardboard boxes with no holes they had to have their beaks dipped in water they were almost dead from the heat.By the time it was all over 17 only survived they were so sick,they had diarrhea, neurological problems, trouble walking, no feathers on the majority of them, he wishes now he would have refused them but felt bad for the birds and knew that they would all die if they went back with the chicken man.
