I went there to purchase two leather reclining chairs. The sales person came over and showed us what they had on the showroom floor. I think he realized we just wanted to look around for a while before we made any decisions so he let us be. When we are ready to make a decision he came back and helped us. I like this low pressure concept. He also let me try out one of their massage chairs which I thought was pretty remarkable.

I LOVE my new couch from Rife's. The whole experience was excellent. From Tracey at the Roseburg-Harverd store to the delivery men that dropped off our couch and made sure it was perfect in my living room everything went great. I would definitely recommend them and I will go back if I have any more furniture needs.

I had the most amazing experience at Rife's today! I apologize for not getting the gentleman's name who helped me, so if you see this, Sir and you were the one who helped a Mama and her 4 year old son purchase a table and chairs around 10:30 this morning, please know I deeply appreciate you! I went to a competitor in December, bought a similar table and chairs and waited and waited for delivery. It never came, so my Dad and I cancelled the order. Today, I had the great pleasure of walking into Rife's and getting immediate help, found some amazing deals and walked out with exactly what I wanted for well under budget. I felt valued, respected and welcome in Rife's. I will absolutely be back in a few months to purchase more furniture.

When we relocated to Oregon from Montana, this last summer, we came without a piece of furniture. After looking at the area furniture sellers I landed on Rife's due to the number of positive reviews, and the fact that is a locally owned and operated operation, versus a large chain (hint: starts with an "A"). I was pleased with the entire experience. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Diane, who is just a wonderful, low-pressure salesperson. She verified all the pieces we selected were in stock and got us set up for delivery super quick. The selection options fit our style and budget, and the quality of the items is fantastic. As luck would have it, we recently moved into a larger home and required some more furniture pieces. It was a given we were heading back to Rife's to see Diane. Once again, she confirmed the availability of our selections and has us on the delivery schedule within a matter of days. I can't say enough good things about Rife's, as while furniture shopping can be fun it is a substantial cost for a house full of items, and they offer great selections at great prices. Furniture prices are up everywhere, but Rife's still offers great prices and markdowns on many items. Put your mind at ease and head to Rife's! Ask for Diane, as she is a breeze to deal with.
