Popped in today because 1) My phone screen was cracked and spiderwebbed and 2) I read a lot of 5 star reviews. I stopped, left my phone, and had it back and clear and functional in an hour! Great service, convenient and local. Thanks guys!!!!

I was at the store by 9am yesterday to get the screen replaced for a smart phone(Essential PH-1). Store was closed. I hopped in to the next door(a Mexican coffee place), bought couple of protein bars and requested the cashier to pass on the phone to the next door repairer when the shop opens. He graciously accepted my request and took the phone. Very nice Mexican amigo!. I immediately left the place, to take care of my another appointment at 9:30AM. Called the repair center at 10am. Glen picked up the phone and said that he is working on the phone. Felt happy. He said to pick it up any time after 12pm. I picked up the phone at 1pm and tested the new screen and accessed the apps without any issue. Glen did an awesome job. Charged a very reasonable price. This is a trust worthy repair center. Even the next door coffee shop dude is trust worthy too.

I went in with a busted screen, Glen was an outstanding representative! He was so kind and so helpful with all of my questions. He took his time to answer and explain everything to me . He replaced and completely fixed my phone back to brand new in less than one hour !!! It works perfectly ! I will continue to get all of my family’s phone repaired with Glen.. He gave fantastic customer service and support with really great prices!! I would recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed.
