When I walked in a little after 6pm, there was no one at the registers and no baked goods in the display. I ordered my food on the kiosk and picked up at the counter a few minutes later. They forgot my brownie, so I had to return to get it. My panini was a bit soggy, but tasted pretty good. The soup was pretty awful and the baguette texture was too hard and chewy. The brownie was good. I understand being understaffed and having supply chain issues, but it was probably my worst visit to a Panera to date.

Mrs Anita, this is for you if you can see this! Your are by far the most amazing customer service lady ever . Super friendly greets you like you mean something to her, she spreads love and never gets upset when you ask her something. She got my order this morning and again in the afternoon she walked so happily to my car delivered the coffee tote then I said they forgot the milk and she said nicely don’t worry sweetie I’ll get it. She didn’t even get upset or say we ran out. Best customer service Mrs Anita! Need more happy souls like you

Placed an online order for large mac n cheese and a cup of tomato soup. (Panera mac n cheese is phenomenal in my opinion) What’s not phenomenal is being charged $10 ($15 for total order) for a large only to receive the amount of food below.

Waited almost 15 minutes just to order our food. After the long wait, we didn’t receive an “I’m sorry about the wait” or anything. Wish I could say the food made up for it, but unfortunately that was a disaster as well. I can’t believe how rude these employees are to their paying customers. I ordered a bread bowl of tomato soup for my son and it was put into a cup. When I addressed this to an employee’s attention they told me that unfortunately the bread bowl costs extra and they cannot do that. I explained that I knew for a FACT that I ordered it and then a manager came around to show me our ticket and argue with me that I ordered a cup. I guess it didn’t cross their minds that their cashier could have made a mistake. After having to ARGUE with the manager for several minutes about the situation she gave in and dumped the cup of soup into a bread bowl, although she acted pained to do so. To top it off our Caesar salads didn’t have croutons and when my mom went to ask about them she was told they were out of the things they needed to make them. I wish we would have been informed of that while ordering. I think it’s easy to say that we will never be returning to this Panera Bread location.
