There are not enough amazing things I can say about Dracut Appliance. Craig and his team were exceptional recently when my fridge died to kick of 4th of July weekend. My Whirlpool coming up on the end of my 5 yr warranty had the sealed system fail, and I have kids who need quick access to the fridge. The tech was awesome, he explained everything well, and promised to get me answers to all my questions. Not only did Craig and their service team work to help me get a replacement, considering the crazy inflation since I bough it - but they even had a loaner fridge dropped off to cover me until the new one comes in. I will always buy through Dracut appliance, and you bet your *** I will continue to buy the warranty on every product I get from them as it is worth every penny. A+ service team, A+ management, and A+ product. Anyone who buys elsewhere is crazy.

Dracut Appliance is the best!!! I had originally scheduled my dishwasher repair thru Lowe’s Warranty who set me up with a different company, who then canceled on me a day after the scheduling, saying it would be at least another 2-3 wks before they could get me on their list. I really didn’t want to wait that long, so I called Dracut Appliance and explained the situation, they had someone at my house by 7:30 the next morning and had the part ordered and delivered to their store within 48 hours, and they just came back to install today. The other company told me 2-3wks before they would be able to schedule someone to come out just for the diagnosis alone, and then who knows how long before they would have actually been able to fix it. Dracut Appliance did the whole job from start to finish in a total of 6 days!!! Every single person I’ve interacted with at DA has been incredibly professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and so so nice!! Seriously you won’t get better service anywhere else, these guys are awesome!!!

When I had a few issues with a recently purchased fridge, I was so impressed by the timeliness of Dracut Appliance Center's response. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase - on two separate occasions. Their technicians are super courteous, friendly and really helpful. They'll be my go-to for any appliance moving forward for me and my family. They are top-notch customer service pros.

I needed a washing machine asap and was not able to go into the store and pick it out. Ryan, a sales rep answered the phone and took total care of me with my confidence of the right purchase.
