They arrived for an appointment but then they weren't ready or willing to discuss the project. Then they wouldn't just make another appointment without expecting me to go some through elaborate dance of calling them "later" (but not now!) to "say when I would be available," even though I was standing in front of them with my calendar. I've never seen anything so unprofessional.

We were very happy with our siding / roofing project with Quinn's Construction. After a lot of research and a few quotes from other companies, we decided to go with James Hardie siding from Quinn's. Quinn's was great from the proposal process thoughout the whole project. The crew worked from dawn to dusk and got the project complete in the promised time. Any home owner contemplating exterior work would be wise to start their process by having a conversation with Quinn’s Construction. We are thankful for having trusted the renovation of our entire exterior to them, and now enjoy an extremely well-constructed and charming home. Our massive project involved new roofing shingles, gutters and downspouts; replacement of 3 existing sky light windows; removal of 20+ vinyl windows and installation of high end wooden windows; demolition of vinyl siding and wood clapboard followed by installation of Hardie siding; trimming all windows, doors, gables, eaves and friezes with PVC; demolition of existing front and back porches and replacement with new porches; and construction of new and renovation of existing garden sheds. Quinn provided us with many references for all of these project types, employs professionals with deep experience in all of these trades and maintains their workers’ product certification, is well staffed to provide organizational management from start to finish, and backs their workmanship with an impressive 10 year warranty. Early on as we began to explore our project with and evaluate prospective contractor firms, Quinn began to win us over by helping us understand benefits of grouping projects together to ensure better integration for aesthetics and weather proofing. Among the eight contractors we considered, Quinn prepared the most detailed estimate that cost-itemized and explained all aspects of the work to be performed. This transparency helped us better understand the full scope of our project, focused our attention on design details that could impact pricing, afforded a clearer picture of the true cost for our project, and eased construction by lining up specialty supply items in a timely fashion. Quinn gladly met with us as many times as needed to educate and advise us about product selection. We greatly appreciated their depth of knowledge, willingness to carefully consider product selection with us, and the many contract revisions. In any complex construction project, all of this up-front work is critical to minimizing surprises and reducing stress. We continued to feel confident in Quinn as we seamlessly transitioned to the construction phase. Recognizing that no contract will contemplate every detail, we were very pleased to see our construction manager anticipate and discuss these gaps with us. Indeed, he was extremely conscientious about having upfront discussions to ensure our calibration on any significant issues meriting further consideration. We were extremely grateful for easy and frequent communication with us and the crews to ensure alignment throughout the project. Quinn has deep home building expertise, exercised excellent judgment, and frequently advised us of construction choices that kept us fully satisfied as to design and structural or weather integrity. We remained attentive to detail for the duration of construction, and every concern we raised was fully and professionally addressed. Quinn was extraordinarily organized and flexible in working with and around other contractors on parallel projects. Quinn willingly advanced or delayed various aspects of our project so as to enable these other exterior projects (landscaping and sewer excavation) to proceed in a timely fashion. Quinn always made us feel like a valued client. While recognizing that work on others’ projects would necessarily coincide with our own, we always felt Quinn valued our business and kept us well informed about timelines. Our home is now done and it’s perfect; and, you are reading this review because you are at the start of your project. We had Quinn's install a custom 10' Pella sliding door with two large custom Pella floor to ceiling windows on each side. Due to Covid-19, Quinn's was extremely busy, and Pella took a while to build the custom door and windows. So while we started the measuring process in August, we didn't get the door and windows installed until mid-December. Fortunately, it only took two days to complete and the weather was good for both days. Theses Pella windows and door replaced the original Anderson's that had been in place for close to 50 years. Sun and rain has taken their toll, and there was water damage under the old door. Quinn's team reconstructed all of the framing and added some impressive waterproofing that far exceeded the original install. The two guys who performed the install were polite, meticulous, and left the job clean and complete. We are extremely happy with the results, and will not hesitate to use Quinn's in the future, or recommend Quinn's to others.
