The old lady in the front desk of this USPS is rude, unprofessional and racist. Worst USPS experience ever ! Her behavior was visibly different with us vs with the white lady ahead of us in the line. She was nice, warm and helpful with the client before us. On the other hand, she was rude with us. We will never go back to this USPS ever !

Worst post office in the area. about 2 months ago my mail man decided to deliver my mail and my sons mail across the street to my mother in law (in the pile contained one of my stimulus checks) when asking him about the hand off he had told my fiance ad I how she instructed him to deliver our mail there (without my knowledge) so he obliged. Since then, we have received numerous threats of eviction stemming from the mail issue. Now we are going to court, and obviously a statement from the post office would be beneficial for our case. When speaking to Jason the supervisor at this location, he told us we would NEVER receive a statement from them, that they where told the house was vacant for years (my fiance has bills in his name back dating 3+ years in the residence) Jason was no help, and continuously talked over anything I had to say. This whole court ordeal originated with their post man purposely delivering my mail to the wrong address.

Totally and completely unprofessional. Ever since they moved to East Dracut (I know it's a long time ago, let me have this), their customer staff has been rude even over the smallest of requests. I don't care to be mansplained as to why I haven't received a package. I get it that we all hate our jobs (let's be real here), but please show some kindness and empathy! Maybe they need some classes in that?

Beware If you’re waiting for a package And it’s being delivered from the Dracut post office, chances are you will get an email saying it’s been delivered but you won’t get the package. It has happened to me three times and when I go to the post office they just say call the company and order another one. like it’s NO Big deal that the mail carrier does not deliver the packages And I know they don’t because When my package went missing last year I asked my neighbor to check his Security cameras And when he reviewed the video it showed no one on my doorstep on the day and the time that my package was supposedly dropped off. Having gone through that experience the two other times I ordered packages I made sure I was home by the window watching all day and again no packages were delivered although I received notification that they were delivered. No one in the post office in Dracut seem to care when I try to complain about it. Maybe it’s a scheme that they all have together I don’t know, all I know is that it’s not OK.
