We lived here many years and had a great experience. You can't beat the location for convenient access to D.C. The apartments are updated and dog friendly. The leasing office and maintenance staff are so helpful and responsive. Over the time we lived here, management implemented many positive changes to the community and actively worked to resolve challenges with signage and parcel management that residents brought forward. I would recommend living here to anyone!

I love this place. The units are very spacious and the complex itself is very well-kept. Maintenance is always very helpful and timely when you need them the most. The complex is in a great position, being within 5-7 minutes to a Safeway and a Target. I highly recommend for young adults or small families who work in the DMV area as it is also pretty close (within 10-12 minute walk) to two metro stops on the Blue/Silver/Orange line. The only issue that I have is the lack of a centralized mail-reception system. Packages, whether it be from Amazon, FedEx, or from family/friends, can easily go missing (which has happened to my roommate and I on several occasions). They have a package room with lockers but the lockers are almost never used on smaller packages and are most of the time scattered across the floor in the room with no proper organization. Sometimes packages are left down at different buildings and on rare occasions, left at your doorstep. They have lost several of my packages at this point and they have done few things to help, but in the end I have still not received some packages and the responsibility has rested on me to try to get refunds or to tell family/friends that certain packages never made it to me. Looking past this, I highly recommend Rosslyn Heights! Update Review (4/17/2022): I am happy to now bump up my rating to 5 stars. Rosslyn Heights has recently partnered with Fetch, a third-party delivery service which has made keeping track of my packages 100x better. The service is free for residents and I have not lost a package yet over the last few months. All my packages arrive directly to my door and I can keep track/determine when my package will arrive with Fetch’s app. I am glad that they made this effort to make receiving my packages easier.

I would say Rosslyn Heights is a decent apartment, the location is convenient- Target & Safeway, Gong Cha, Pho75, Tai Select nearby... and not far from the metro station! But it is not worth as its price. If you have the budget to rent here, you can find a better apartment. The internal equipment is very old and outdated, the elevators and corridors are dirty and smelly. Packages are often stolen because they let the parcels be placed on the ground at will, turning the mail room into a large gift exchange site. While sending email to leasing office to ask questions, they won't reply your question but pick up the one they want to reply. And the swimming pool and gym are very rudimentary. Anyhow, the rent here is too expensive, you can have a better choice.

Pleasant, well-managed apartment complex with larger units. Maintenance is quick/responsive and the leasing office is friendly. Buildings are a little older, but we've had almost no issues. Package delivery can be a little complex, but the complex is definitely working on improving it.

For your first car, it's $95 for outside parking and $150 for your garage parking. The second car is $150 regardless if it's in the garage or not (so you'd pay $245 for two cars)
