Went there to buy my aunt a pair of boot for Christmas. Prices were ok, but no service was avalable. They had one worker and she was running the Regerster. Thank God the boots fit. I felt sorry for the girl.

As this is basically the only shoe store in town, I have been a customer for about 15 years. Every time I go in though, the service and selection seems worse. After today’s visit, I will never go back again. Not only were the shoes I was looking at $10-20 more in store than anywhere online, but the customer service is terrible. The employees are extremely rude and were following me around and treating me as though I was going to steal something. I went with the intention of buying several pairs of shoes for me and my family, but I felt so uncomfortable that we won’t return again.

The ladies working were awesome. Super sweet and helpful. Clean store, excellent selection. Got my wife some Nikes for her birthday. It was a good trip. I highly recommend this store. :)
