I had high hopes in this place, as I was very pleased with their service. My car was diagnosed for a leaking seal. Unfortunately, when I got my car back, my spare tire department was left in complete disarray, as the spare tire cover had been opened and flipped over, shoving my College degree and stored clothes into the spare tire area. When I lifted it, I could see the stuff under it. It was left like that. Not cool. I’m not sure why they’d even be in the spare tire area…but whatever. But really, guys, my wheel locks?

This is the least star to give! They don’t have any knowledge about cars I gave them my brand new tires to replace old ones and they put them in and out wrongly until I identify it and reported then they didn’t responded properly but customer care supported me and I have lifetime tire and wheel balance and rotation they never did that and cancels my appointment without notify me and not responsible for the mess up they all ways did. Please be careful about this fraud Auto care reported to Firestone no response from them to !

AVOID! DISHONEST and unprofessional. I purchased a "Lifetime Front End Alignment". A couple of years later I scheduled a 9:00 appointment; which was when the store opened. The technician FINALLY showed up late-for-work at 9:30. One hour later, I was told that the mechanic REFUSED to do the alignment unless I would pay $3000.00 for new tires and suspension. At the Firestone Service Center (in Sterling, VA) I was denied the Wheel Alignment (which I was expecting as part of the Lifetime Wheel Alignment Policy that I had paid $193 for). The technician demanded that I purchase $3000 in tires, shocks, and labor before he would accomplish an alignment. I know that shock absorbers and tire wear have absolutely nothing to do with wheel alignment. In fact, the vehicle had just passed a thorough Virginia Vehicle Safety Inspection just 7 days prior. I talked with the Area Manager, Keith, about this and he refused to help. Instead, he recommended that I visit another Firestone/Tires Plus property.
