This is our first apartment living and almost 7 years and I was definitely a bit hesitant in regards to space and amenities and just general apartment living structure. However, after being here for just over a month now I can definitely say that my view has changed and that I am quite enjoying both the space and the amenities and the complex is very clean and quite residential. There are definitely areas of improvement such as the workout center and there is a small issue with the recycling as it tends to fill up quite quickly and then people will just put trash around or near it. Easily fixed with a larger bin. All of the staff have been very friendly and any concerns are addressed promptly in regards to any issues with the apartments themselves. The new management is eager for improvement and it will be good to see what changes they bring.

This apartment complex is AMAZING. Four to eight minutes to many of my favorite stores like my dry cleaners, Costco, Starbucks, Sam’s Club, and many food places. Reserve picks up your trash at your front door Monday through Friday at 8pm. They also have a pool and a fitness center. This is a dog friendly community. I see a lot of people walking their dogs. So to give you my personal top 3 reasons why I moved here is that it’s QUIET, CLEAN & CONVENIENT.

I love living here! The location is perfect! The neighborhood is well kept and clean! Their maintenance team is prompt and helpful! The property staff is always willing to help with anything and very nice. I love the benefits the community offers including food trucks, Moon bounce for the kids during the summer , and occasionally treats at the main office during special holidays !

I just started working here, and I can not express my gratitude towards my manager William Savage. He is the prime example of a true leader, and I’m very grateful to have him as a mentor. It amazes me how the whole entire team goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable doing my job, and that I have all the knowledge needed to be successful. Katelyn has taken me under her wing, and I truly appreciate her as well! I have never experienced a work environment like this and it’s safe to say I LOVE IT HERE!!! I will be making this lovely community my home next month, and I can’t wait! I would recommend this community to ANYONE! ANYTIME. ANYDAY. 🤍
