What an awful experience, I should have read the reviews. I was there with my 2 year old on a Monday. There were no other customers. Per the email I arrive early and the pictures are supposed to take only 15 minutes. When I arrived, the employee was on a personal call. She finally took us 15 minutes after our start time. She was not interactive or helpful at all in getting a 2 year old to smile. During backdrop changes, she asked me to wait outside again and took another personal call for 10 min! My toddler was freaking out. We tried pics again and she just stood there not interacting at all. Then told me we could take a break or look at the pictures. This was 50 minutes after our start time. My child was exhausted, just gave up and left. I will never come here again!

We had photos taken on December 9th. We bought the digital package. We were suppose to be able to get photos within 48 hours. Over a week later we are still waiting. Penney's portraits are owned by Lifetouch. They have major technical issues. I doubt we will ever get our photos. Judging my the comments on social media this is an ongoing problem.

Very pleasant experience and the pictures are great. The photographer Margaret was amazing with how she interacted with our 2 year old boy Yani. he is shy and it takes him time to warm up to people. With her it took 10 seconds and she was able to gate some great smiles out of him. (out of my wife and I as well :) ) we will come back and will recommend!
