Neal's Bagels

We ordered the Taylor ham, cheese and eggs on everything. There was only one very thin slice of deli meat, and one slice of American cheese combatting with a mountain of bland egg. On top of that the bagel was just okay- it was dry and didn’t have much flavor. A little disappointing. Two stars because of the convenient location and fast service.

Today was my first experience ordering from this bagel shop. I received my order via Uber Eats. I ordered a salmon bagel with some various toppings. Upon arrival I noticed that the salmon was missing from the bagel. I called the shop and let them know what happened. The loveliest girl was very apologetic and willing to make things right. She offered different options to make it right an I opted for receiving a new bagel to come pick up. When I came in, the staff was very friendly and I have to say it’s so nice to know that people still care. I also work in customer service and rarely see someone willing to actually fix a mistake. Aside from that, the bagel itself is delicious! Thank you kindly to the lovely lady who helped me out.

Breakfast bagels were just OK if you don't mind everything being cooked in the microwave (eggs, bacon, and sausage). The lady at the register was pretty rude to customers and especially rude to her fellow employees.

My partner and I were craving a good bagel place. Spoiler alert: this is not the place to go. We were greeted by an extremely rude Peruvian lady who didn't want to make anything but a bagel with cream cheese. She refused to speak english, hoping to shoo us away. Jokes on her, because I'm a white Latina. Bagels were extremely stale. There was little to no cream cheese on our bagels. Each bagel was 3 dollars, but she charged us 9 dollars. Overall, the worst bagel experience I have ever had. Will NOT be coming back. Check out another bagel shop. Trust me. You'll be wasting your time.
