My experience with them, lately, has been awful. If all I get is voicemail when I call and I leave a message, I can forget about a call back. If I speak to the secretary, it's not much more than a voice on the phone. She tells me she relays my message to the inspectors and still I get no call back. I've called almost everyday for the same, one inspection for 2 weeks for this broken record of a pattern.

Called to be informed in my tenant rights and determined that they could help enforce a problem I had with my apartment property management. They can to do an inspection and forced the management to hand over documentation I was entitled too that the complex wanted to withhold. Easy to get in touch with and very prompt in responding and made me feel more at ease with my situation.

Air water and hazardous materials at inspectional services enforces it. to get it enforced you would have to make a complaint on the person who's doing it and the inspector would come out investigate and inform the person about the law. It's a tricky thing to enforce.

Per Massachusetts law, an individual with a disability accompanied by a service animal may not be asked to provide documentation of a disability, to answer questions regarding his or her disability, or to have the service animal demonstrate its work.

I had a load bearing wall replaced in the first floor of my house and the city inspector asked me to place a column in my basement right underneath the 2x4s used to support the second floor. So, my question is: can I use an a jack post as a column?
