Terrible customer service... very rude Don't bother spending your money here

Shop at your own risk. I JUST bought waist beads from the female cashier they broke off the very same time frame, I went back to show her she was SO RUDE and she literally put the blame for their POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS on me. After arguing with me and my boyfriend over refunding my money or replace the products(I wanted the beads replaced) for more then 30 mins, I was so upset I just walked out. The owners of this establishment (wife&husband) literally MAKE UP THEIR RULES AS THEY GO. Sad to say I’d never be buying from here again I love to support black owners(I’m west African from Liberia) but I’d never shop here again. SAVANNA(great African store and service) IS 10 MINS AWAY Down the road. If I could give them less than one stars I would.

It looks like customer service has been taken for granted in this store. The reason, I am not too sure. For such a small store I had to stand in line for almost 10 mins waiting to be checked out. That is not good enough.

I went it there because the reviews said the customer service was amazing! I found what I was looking for but the female cashier had the funkiest attitude.not sure I will go there again
