Cozy library with decent parking. Not as busy as other libraries so I prefer visiting here and staff are generally friendly. Among some of the features are the discovery room and an exclusively quiet study room. The noise levels vary on different times of the day so expect more noise when kids are out of school. The discovery room has to be reserved in advance unless its available on the same day or 15 minutes after a no-show appointment. Due to the small size of the library, there is not a designated play area for toddlers like in other larger libraries.

Quince Orchard Library is a newly renovated Library located in North Potomac MD. It is a one story facility near Quince Orchard High School. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a nice selection of books, media, CD etc. There are meeting rooms available for use by the community. Many programs are held here including several Book Clubs and Children's Programs. There is also a Quiet area for reading and studying.
