Top notch customer service! From new purchases, deliveries, and repairs - the crew at Stasukelis has been friendly and reliable. Our first time calling was because our microwave (not purchased here) broke. The repairman did his best to fix it, but in the end I decided it would be cheaper to buy a new one. I also needed a new fridge, so I ordered that too. The fridge came with a small dent on the door that the crew documented. Within a week another crew came out with the new door free of charge. No matter who shows up, you will have friendly, knowledgeable service!

Stasukelis doesn't deserve any stars, but you can't select none. They were contacted in early December for a dishwasher repair. Guy came out pretty quickly, but needed parts, and we didn't hear back from Stasukelis as to when the parts would be available. Only after calling them did we get the time frame. The second guy who showed up was incredibly disrespectful, and refused to put a mask on when asked. Complained audibly about the workmanship of the first serviceman who came out. Did not look at the job in totality, and made a significant error which my husband had to correct. They sent the original guy back out (who was very nice and respectful) after we told them that we didn't want the disrespectful guy in our house again. We were told at this appointment, #3 mind you, we needed more parts. Here we go again. Stasukelis didn't call to tell us when the parts were expected, nor did they confirm the appointment with the original person who called. The service manager Doug was rude when I provided feedback. Will never go back here again. Not worth it. Would rather spend extra and just buy a new dishwasher than work with this incompetent outfit again. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere. We called 12/2 and just today 12/23 had the issue resolved. We have not had use of our dishwasher this whole time.
