I’ve been shopping here for five years.I’ve been so grateful for Walmart’s flexibility during the pandemic. Yesterday, something awful happened. I bought a visa gift card for my father for Fathers Day. As we were checking out, it was obvious that the cashier didn’t scan my card. To be fair, I had my three year old with me and it was so very hectic. I asked for a gift card receipt to protect my father’s present, but she couldn’t /wouldn’t garnish one. I decided to go out to my car and call the number to make sure the card was activated, and guess what? It wasn’t. I immediately went back in the store. I explained the scenario and was told “there’s nothing we can do.” I did say I wasn’t leaving until the situation was fixed. I was told to “call Visa”. The manager “looked at the cameras” but never offered to let me see the footage. I was going to call the police when they had a change of heart and threw money on a Walmart gift card that said “you did it!” (Clearly not a card I can give my Father despite knowing I needed this for our celebration I was already late for because this took a hour). I was made to feel like a criminal and this was such a sketchy and demeaning experience. I’d stay away from gift cards at this location.

Great people and good service but as someone with Diebetes and Gluten intolerance the lack of gluten free wraps(you are always out) that aren’t spinach or tomato based(usually out but not as often) , and other gluten free options in your aisle makes me wish this store had more to offer. An arms width of GF options, as well having them in separate places in comparison to other places leaves the store in the early 2000’s time period

What’s up with this place? Shelves all empty, grumpy employees? Also, when I was at self checkout. The attendant practically arrested me because I left a case of water on the bottom of my cart. I wasn’t even done scanning and probably would have noticed. And then when I’m making my way out the attendant at the door asks to see my receipt I said why He said because of the water on the bottom of the cart Good grief

If you received something in the mail /email on a card you didn't purchase .you better make sure someone hasn't stolen your identity.

The Gardner Walmart's only has has Clorox Disinfecting on the go wipes 9 pack in stock, in aisle F20 in stock right now.
Price Chopper or any package store that cashes payroll or government checks will do it for one dollar.
No they don't have Lifelight Plant burgers, but they do have Morningstar Farms veggie burgers and Boca veggie burgers. Hope this helps

The Gardner Walmart has an auto department but they only do oil changes, change tires, replace headlights, wiper blades things like that. They don't do any other mechanic stuff like alignments, brakes, tune-ups. But for alignments and tire services in Gardner I would recommend Roland's Tire or Pete's Tire Barn.
I did some checking on your request, unfriendly I could not verify if that service is available at the Gardner location. My experiences with the automotive service there is fantastic 🙌 !!
