If you received something in the mail /email on a card you didn't purchase .you better make sure someone hasn't stolen your identity.
Call them and they will have you bring it in you will need the receipt or least fromnthe person who gave it to you unless u bought just return long as u show u oayed they have put on it when u bought it they didn't put it on at the register don't work unless unless u buy it n they have put tge money on the could messed up get receipts and can get help even without if u say was a gift they can check think go there or call n get manager they will look into it if u don't have a receipt with receipt oh never got one then just cancel it anyway the computer might be mistaken if not its no big deal won't hurt you in anyway. Gift cards are usually non refundable everywhere. But if it's a Walmart credit card and your not the one who opened the account, then you can call them to cancel it and that would mean someone stole your identity so you should also report that when you call to cancel as well.
