The Gardner Walmart has an auto department but they only do oil changes, change tires, replace headlights, wiper blades things like that. They don't do any other mechanic stuff like alignments, brakes, tune-ups. But for alignments and tire services in Gardner I would recommend Roland's Tire or Pete's Tire Barn.
No - tire alignment service is not available. Several tire related service packages are available unfortunately alignment is not part of any offered package. My advice = if your spending hard earned money on your vehicles tires, they need to be aligned at the time of install. Otherwise your throwing your money away .

There is no Walmart in the country that does alignments. But the "Auto Center" in the Gardner MA does change tires and does oil changes. They also change wiper blades and restore headlights
