Hi Sonia, I was in a very similar situation. I switched to vaping with the strongest cigar flavor available at the time. It made the switch easy.... give it a try (highest nicotine mg they offer too)
Batteries are good for roughly 500 charge cycles (drained and charged.) Depending on how much you use them they should be replaced according to that. Every 4-6 months is a good rule of thumb for most people.
