Do not pre order from this location. After calling and listening to every excuse they could possibly give me, which I later found out it was due to them putting in the order late. I get it’s a game stop and they hire children, saying “I don’t know” followed with an excuse blaming everyone but the person whom caused the situation is not worth my time.

It's a game stop, I think we all know what to expect when we walk in there. Bought a used PS5 controller for $10 off the original price (was $75 but dropped to $65 cause it's used) took it home and immediately realized it was unusable because of a leftside drift, so brought it back and they let me exchange it for another uses one. The 2nd one works ok, but it was weirdly like covered in someone else's food lol. Whatever, not a big deal
