I was told we needed a relay control board for our oven. We were billed for the entire service before the work was done, and the part was sent free of charge by Frigidaire, but we were still charged for it and have been trying to get it refunded. Frigidaire said we would just be responsible for labor and that it was noted on the parts order that there was no charge for the part. When the repair man came to install the board, the oven still did not work. He then changed the ignitor, which fixed the problem, so there is a good chance that there was never an issue with the board. Even after charging in advance for the entire service, we were then charged another $5 to our credit card (because they had the card on file) which I can only assume was for installing the ignitor. I will not be calling Sears repair services ever again for service

First the serviceman was overbooked and had to reschedule. He came 2 days later and found the issue. He did not have the part and wouldn't be able to fix it for another 2 weeks. Since we had already been without our washer for a week at this time, the time frame was unacceptable to us.
