Purchased a used ps5 controller. It smelled like cigarettes and the Mike was broken. Returned it n employee said they don't test mikes. He then repackaged the returned defective controller and put it on a rack to sell!

Zero stars would have been better. Being rude and unwilling to help when a customer asks you a question? Let’s give an attitude to a parent who has their child there then the parent gets to explain that he was just in a bad mood but that’s not how you treat people is kind of sad 🙄🙄
