Dave was very knowledgeable about my tires. He took the time to physically check all my tires before they took it to the service bay.they explained that the issue was caused by the way the dealer tried to balance my tires. I would recommend Town Fair for all your tire needs. Any time I brought my car in they took it immediately and did a great job.

Just when you had an amazing holiday weekend, then bang....you hear pop, hiss and the weight of the vehicle go down. Drat...the last thing you need is to replace a slashed tire when you're unemployed for the summer. Off to Town Fair Tire hoping I wouldn't have to break the bank. Got there a half hour after they opened and there was a line already outside the door. "Great, I should have packed a lunch" I thought to myself. I waited about 20 minutes before it was my turn to approach the desk. I was greeted by one of the most amazing smiles I've ever encountered. It wasn't fake, it was a true "I like what I do for a living" smile. His name was Jayson. I explained my situation: my tire problem, my finances, even my love for Star Wars. Jayson hooked me up with an awesome deal on a brand new tire. One that closely matches my other pricey tires and something I could afford on my budget. Let's just say I came in with $400 cash and left with more than half of that in my wallet! Thank you Jayson for being extremely friendly and taking the time to understand my needs even though it was very busy. For the wait time, I guess I didn't need to bring a lunch after all...I only had to wait one hour!!! After I got my keys back and was heading out the door, Jayson thanked me, reminded me to come back for an alignment and wished me an awesome day. I felt like I made a new friend!

Luis (the manager) was especially patient and understand to my situation. He came up with a great 4 tire deal that fit into my budget. He’s an extremely professional person who spoke very highly about Town Fair Tire as a company, in fact all of the employees including the other salespeople and techs were nice, even though I came in at the end of the day for four new tires. I will be telling everyone about my experience and recommending the Springfield shop to my friends for their tire needs.
