Great experience as usual with sales. But, I was told pickup would be Monday by the salesman twice and when they called me they said earliest pickup in one week. This made me mad because I needed it sooner. They need better communication between sales and the people making the scheduled pick ups

Josh was amazing. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the sofa I was looking at. Within the first few minutes he offered me water and allowed ample time for me to sit, lounge and ask questions. I never thought furniture shopping would be so effortless. As a salesperson, Josh hit it out of the park and I've already recommended him and the store to coworkers and family. Again, amazing service, clean store, and the supporting staff were excellent. First, they will open and inspect your items to deliver to be sure they meet our high quality standards. Then, they will place their furniture in their home and assemble them in the room of their choice.
We will only remove your old mattress and bed base with the purchase of a new mattress and base. To remove other old furniture, we suggest you contact a local charity or similar organization. Raymour & Flanigan delivery professionals reserve the right not to take an old mattress or base if their condition is considered unsafe or unhealthy.
Our guaranteed delivery in 2 days or less is available in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and most areas of Delaware, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
