I have a beautiful ash tree on my property that, unfortunately, has fallen victim to Emerald Ash Borer infestation (EAB.) Jenn and Randy came to my house and told me exactly what my options were. We chose to prune the tree and treat it for EAB. The trimming crew got to us within days, and were completely professional in their work. My yard was left in pristine condition! Randy performed the treatment, and we will see what happens! This business gets my "highly recommend" stamp of approval.

I have been buying firewood for the past 10 years for our wood stove. This is the first time I bought it from Arbor Tech and I am absolutely thrilled! Normally, I get wood from vendors on Craigslist. I’ve had many problems with being shorted, too many pieces cut too short or too long, wood cut all the same thickness, excessive amounts of debris, wood not seasoned as much as I was told and most of the wood being round (from branches). The delivery I just received from Arbor Tech was none of that. The driver was friendly, courteous and professional. I could tell as soon as it was hitting our driveway that it was good quality and well-seasoned. As I stacked it, I continued to be impressed with the beautifully cut hardwoods, cut from the trunk not branches. There was a variety of thicknesses and the perfect amount of small pieces for kindling, too. It was also a generous amount of wood! I know this wood will make many warm and cozy fires this winter. I will never again by my firewood from craigslist sellers and will be a long time customer of Arbor Tech. Highly recommended!

I recently had a large tree come down on my property due to a wind storm. I e-mailed ArborTech the following morning, and within two hours Jen contacted me. She said they had viewed the damage, and gave me an estimate, which I thought was more than fair. She told me that they were very busy due to the storm the previous day, and that they would get to me as soon as possible. The very next afternoon Randy and his crew were at my door. He noticed that when the tree fell, it split another tree, damaging it severely. He offered to take that one down as well. I quickly agreed. His team got to work, and for the next three hours or so, never stopped. When they were done, they cleaned up every last bit of wood . My lawn looked beautiful! They even carefully cleaned up the driveway and anything that had gotten into the street. I am so pleased with everything about this company. They responded quickly, worked tirelessly (always safely) and did a wonderful job. Their high standards are to be admired. Randy is easy to talk to, friendly, courteous and above all, professional. I will continue to use ArborTech in the future, confident that I am in good hands. Thank you Randy, Jen, and your fantastic crew.

We recently recognized that one of our large oaks had about a third of its large limbs die off from gypsy moth caterpillar damage. The tree service we usually use was not responding to our calls and their mailbox was constantly full. After researching options through Google search, we chose ArborTech and are very glad we did. They arrived on time with a team of four - two for the ground cleanup work and two for the tree work. All very professional and clearly experienced, not young college age workers I've seen with some other services. In the primary area of work, there are a number of wild azalea and blueberry bushes that we asked they minimize damage to. Every large limb was lowered by rope such that not one bush was harmed. Two other trees required extensive climbing to remove dead limbs and the owner, Randy, did great work getting to the limbs we identified and some we hadn't noticed. All in all, a phenomenal job. In the future, if need more tree work, they will be our first call.
