I am a Hilton Honors member and always try to book at Hilton's. Well we were in for a 7vs 7 tournament. We got to our room it fairly clean except for the restroom, the tub was dirty, the ceiling paint was peeling, and the toilet dispenser was broken. The biggest disappointment for the weekend though was the swimming pool my little girl was looking forward to doing some swimming. The pool water was green the levels looked off like it was forming algae and chlorine levels were off. We addressed it with the front office people and they said it was fine.

This place is clean and neat. The breakfast is your standard breakfast of eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, fruit and coffee. I had an issue on checkout. Since it was a business trip, I had a scheduled business session. The front desk took 1.5 hours in resolving my checkout issue. I won’t go into details but the delay caused me to miss a morning business session. It took the manager over an hour to get there since the young lady did not know how to correct the paperwork. The owner shows up, cool as a cucumber and did not say a word. The computers were slow, the manager was late and we finally left with corrected receipt in hand. No apologies, no credit, no words.

I found mouse droppings in my bathroom. I am not sure how long it had been since the room had been cleaned, but the dust on the dresser behind the tv was apparent. The full full length mirror was smudged, there was no shower gel in the containers, and the room smelled musty. Usually water is available for silver and gold members, but I was told that was only for diamond members. The fitness center was very nice. For the price I paid for this room, I felt it should have been clean. Hampton Inn is my "go to" choice, but this trip changed my opinion.

Fairly clean room. Breakfast area was clean, food was hot, and attendant was so sweet! But we had issues with noise on the floor above us. Sounded like a WWE match. Even after complaining to the front desk, it continued late into the night.
