Like others have mentioned, my truck tail gate often would get cleaned - even with the top membership/wash option. This new car wash is a half mile from my house so it was very convenient and why I left my last car wash membership to come here. I was so excited to have a car wash so close to my house as I like to have my vehicles looking clean. I had to cancel my membership here last week after being a member for maybe 3 weeks. My truck is a 2022 and less than a month old. This is the only place I have been with it. There's scratches in the clear coat already from the brushes of the car wash that were instantly noticeable at the shop I go to when I went to drop another vehicle off that they were immediately asking about how I clean my truck. The brushes to seem louder than other washes I've been to in other vehicles as if they are hitting the vehicle with much more force. I would recommend to check your clear coat/paint to see if this is happening to your vehicle. I'll be taking it to a paint shop to get it buffed out and will not use a car wash with brushes again. Also, when going in to cancel my membership, the response from Greg after I asked to cancel my membership due to the clear coat on my brand new truck getting scratched here was "Cool, cool - we can do that for you". I didn't feel that it was cool for my vehicle to be getting scratched up by their machine that is supposed to clean vehicles. Was the cool part loosing a member with the most pricey membership plan one could get?

They get the car clean and dried fairly well. I like that they have vacuums and towels. Sometimes the towels are a bit too wet. But, everything worked out. I have been here several times and will continue to come back.

This place is fantastic. They fully clean your car and do so with a friendly smile and conversation. On top of that, they go above and beyond. My car battery was completely dead and the manager took time to help me try to jump it. I’ll be back and recommend them fully!

I paid for the carwash. Not the basic $8 one! Drive up, put the car in neutral and let the track take me through the tunnel. It was done very quickly. The dirt was rinsed off the sides of my car but the bugs on the front were all still there. Not much of a "wash" as much as a rinse. The self service vacuums were great though! Great suction power. Easily cleaned my carpets and seats and cup holders. The cleaning towels are nice too. Made it quick and easy to clean all the non-cloth surfaces. Over all the wash part wasn't worth it but the self service area was good.
