I can't speak highly enough of this company and their staff. I was going through a difficult time, with a mother in the hospital when both her refrigerator and stove had to be replaced, unexpectedly. Alan Stern, on of their sales reps, answered my call for help and made the process painless for me. He sent me choices of both refrigerators and stoves, arranged professional delivery by great people who also removed the old appliances, and even sent a professional plumber over to deal with the re-connection to our gas line, as well as satisfy the town's permit policy and inspection. I'd give ten stars if I could.

Often, we have mail in rebates that are exclusive to independent stores, and will provide a better value. We are also a servicing dealer, so you have us to back you up, should you have a question or issue. Our Extended Service Agreements are entirely George Washington Toma, so we are likely higher priced, but a better value than an "insurance policy." We look forward to your experiencing Team Toma!

There should be a drain under the drawer that drains defrost water. It may be plugged or frozen over... Remove drawer and remove the ice. You can then access the drain try pouring hot water with some baking soda down the drain.
