Feel like it’s to expensive but that every car wash in town. The staff was friendly.

Used the automatic car wash service and the equipment completely destroyed a tail light assembly. The part was not pulled off because it was loose, but rather was broken in half, with half the assembly left on the ground. Filed an incident report on the spot, but after getting the run-around for a week, was essentially told by corporate to GFY. Needless to say, my family will NEVER bring a vehicle there again.

Not sure if it's the BRAND NEW facility or the friendliness of Kelli and her crew, but the car seems MUCH cleaner.
