I've had two appointments that they've canceled or no showed without even telling me. I took time off of work to be home and they didn't have the courtesy to call and tell me. In fact when they no showed yesterday they told me it was my problem that I had booked an appointment and it wasn't a possibility to book an appointment the same day as they already sent out the teams for the day. I asked why would be an option to book an appointment if that were the case, they said they didn't know and it wasn't their problem. Terrible.

Horrible Experience. I first contacted Safelite AutoGlass to repair a small crack in my windshield. A technician came to my home of August 30 and filled the crack. Within a week a noticed the crack expanded so I drove to the local Safelite shop in South Weymouth to get their feedback. I was told that since the crack was already filled, the windshield would need to be replaced. I made the appointment on September 10 and the replacement was scheduled for 8AM on September 20 since the glass needed to be ordered. I received email confirmations and a text reminder the morning of the appointment. I was told the work would take several hours so I made plans to be home for the day. My wife took the morning off from work for the drop off and pick up. We showed up just before 8:00 and I was told the windshield was not there. The office manager said he would look into to it but the work was not going to be done that day. I still have not heard from him. I cannot fathom that someone would not confirm the inventory before the day for scheduled work in order to avoid a situation like this. I contacted Geico to discuss alternative repair options and learned that I could have the work done at a local AllState Glass facility, which I will do. I will avoid Safelite AutoGlass in the future.

2009 BMW 328i - Did a service on 09/19/2020 and did not have a chance to open my hood till yesterday to fill the wiper fluid and noticed that I have parts broken off my Cabin Filter (yes cabin filter for German cars are outside near the hood) and also missing clips. When I got the car I did noticed my side fenders where scratched up and top of my roof top dented. Never again will I use this place as they are unprofessional and careless.
