Pros: Beautiful inside and out. Staff are very kind and go out of their way for the residents and visitors. There are places to take walks safely outside surrounding the building. There are lovely views. Building is fairly secure. There is a fitness room. And more. They've gone out of their way for my loved one. And others I know of there. Very kind. The cons: The meals leave MUCH to be desired. I will gladly edit this review should a consistent period of time of change in this area takes place. It's disappointing that they are choosing to go up on their rates. They already receive more than PLENTY for each unit occupied. I hope they change their mind on this. Don't be followers! Be trend setters of doing what's good and right! You've been doing quote well so far at it! Be the change!

While looking for independent living for my grandmother we took a tour of Solstice. The entire living community was an upbeat happy vibe, the residents were friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us while touring. The facility is really quite beautiful and has so much to offer.

I am sure you receive many praises for Matt Gagnon. I want to be sure that mine is added to that long list. I recently have needed to move my mother to a more secure environment and have chosen Solstice Senior Living. I am certainly impressed with the facility, level of service, engaging environment, tenure of residents and staff. (Well done!) What makes your community even more exceptional is Mr. Matt. His ability to make whomever he is speaking with the most important person in the room is a rare talent. Going above and beyond is often touted, but Matt is that example. My Mom is not well and was confused as to how to sign the contract, ask questions about the agreement, feel secure that she is making the right decision and if she would fit in. Matt drove a half hour to her residence, with Amy, to meet with my Mom and go through it step by step. In addition, they brought banana bread which made her feel more welcomed and, in her words, “like how it used to be when you would move into a neighborhood”. He made it seem as if it were par for the course. As the executive director, he certainly sets the bar high. Matt has a unique ability to speak and listen to both the resident and their family. That is typically not the case. As you know, many people working with the senior population will gear their conversations to one or the other, which tends to alienate the other party. He has been proactive, focused on her needs, questions and providing multiple solutions. Additionally, Matt has been most professional with timely responses to my multitude of inquiries. In bringing my Mom into Solstice, Matt was able to help navigate for us so that we could decide upon the best option for her. By profession I am a professional trainer specializing in leadership, sales, and customer service. I have trained internationally and now live in Las Vegas where most of my clients are in the hospitality industry. This is a town where it is crucial for organizations to provide excellence so that they can differentiate themselves and attract new guests. I mention that to affirm my commendation of Matt. I have NEVER met an individual that provides such superior service in the way he does. Good on you for attracting and growing such talent. I have even more respect for your organization and you as a leadership team. I am at peace now being able to have my Mom join your community.

It used to be wonderful and clean. Now my dad's carpet is disgusting. Looks like he's had a few accidents that never got cleaned up. The food is not good at all. Sometimes they forget to serve a few people in their rooms. The servers are also the housekeepers. They are cheap. The office staff are kind and thoughtful though
