Very disappointing experience considering most other reviews were positive. Check-in Staff member & on duty Manager were unaware of nor did they care about a Marriott policy culminated by unprofressional behavior. Unfortunately, despite the hotel being nice and majority of the staff being friendly & courteous, a few bad apples spoiled the bunch and made this visit the worst in my long-time Marriott member and 9 + years of Titanium status. Sam and Rick were unprofessional and not a good representation of the hospitality industry or Marriott Brand. Sam, the front desk was rude and then lied directly to his boss about the encounter. Unfortunately, Rick, the Manager on duty was in over his head and was of little help, really only Manager by title not by action or expertise, only trying to "assist" after a case was opened with Marriott on the matter. The General Manager, Walter, seemed understanding of the issues and said he would look into it and get back with me several times, but also never responded or resolved the matter that had been opened for over a month. Overall disappointment and not a hotel I would stay at again nor would I recommend to other visitors if trust, customer service, and hospitality mean anything to you.. -Titanium Member

Really beautiful hotel but parking is just valet or a rage or street there is no parking lot. I had a bigger truck so it made it a little hard. I will say the breakfast was great and the room was lovely and they had a nice honor bar I would definitely stay again...

Very nice accommodations. Has great lighting. Bathroom good size. Staff friendly and helpful. Front desk investigated to find location of the wedding reception I was attending. There were 8 different sets of wedding guests. Marriott property. Highly recommend.

We took shelter at this hotel during a recent snow storm/ extended power outage. First of all, the staff, especially Walter, was so excellent and helpful. They were inundated with locals trying to get warm, and they handled it so well. The beds are VERY comfortable. I'm picky and this is important to me. The common area is nice. My husband and daughter worked there during the day. It was hard to find the coffee/ tea station. The shower was lovely as were the toiletries. My only complaint would be the restaurant downstairs, although I’m not sure how closely it is tied to the hotel. Service was awful, and one menu item was ridiculously expensive! This is not a Michelin star restaurant! The lobster roll was pretty good . Cornbread was delicious! However you are within close walking distance of so many restaurants so it’s not really a problem. Parking/ valet can be a bit of a pain, but they’re trying! All in all, I recommend everything about this hotel!
