I was searching for a place to take my mother after she had fractured her wrist and was experiencing pain and discomfort. I’m so happy that we found the wonderful Jane Kim-Jin at Acupuncture & Herb clinic. She is compassionate, caring and hones in on what is ailing the patient during each session. She also helps to restore battery levels and upkeep and overall maintenance of health in the body. My mother cannot hear and communicates thru American Sign Language and despite the language barrier, Jane’s warmth and tenderness puts her at ease and she is extremely comfortable during her visits. On top of that, she has experienced definite progress with a number of chronic body aches/pains and an overall elevated sense of well-being. She leaves each session feeling very relaxed and lighter and is now a believer in the benefits of incorporating eastern medicine into one’s overall self-care. This review was long due! I came to this clinic after almost two years of trying to have a baby, had a miscarriage and I was loosing hope crying every day feeling depressed due to my age of 40 at the time. Doctors based on my blood work were giving me low probability of success… After 4 months of treatment including teas I went ahead and started a new round of IVF which was finally successful The compassion and patience along with the treatment and special diet healed me. Dr. Jane Kim-Jin is very knowledgeable, caring and reliable. Both my husband and I have been getting treatment from Dr. Kim for multiple conditions. The scapular part you mentioned is a pain that can be common, but it is a part that can be treated well with acupuncture, although you will need to accurately diagnose it. However, if you say you have been sick for about a month, it will take time to heal. If you have a disease for a long time, you need to be treated for a long time, so it is better to start treatment as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of symptoms, 2 to 4 acupuncture treatments are usually recommended. The symptoms of "coughing when the seasons change" is also presumed to have passed quite a long time. Likewise, it is an old disease, so it will take some time, but it can be recovered. However, since cough is a disease in the body, herbal medicine treatment is more effective than acupuncture. The treatment period is from 1 to 2 months.
