I stayed here for 1 and 1/2 months on a business trip. The office staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, it was quiet and well run. Most of the other visitors were there for work as well and were happy too. Would stay here again if I am back in the area. Close to bus and grocery/ drug store, gas and shopping center across the street. Not too fancy but has everything you need, dishes, pots, microwave, good size fridge, wifi. Enjoy.

I’m considering a move to Charlottesville but couldn’t find a suitable rental for getting to know the town. Houses were for something different than I want and Airbnb’s are overpriced with little privacy. Affordable Suites was the right balance. All the amenities I needed, esp the optional kitchen package. Other reviews have noted how accommodating Ashley and Brian are; I fully agree. The property was the right price and the right comforts for my situation. I’ll be spending more time there.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There were no bugs. The WiFi speed was wonderful. The heating unit worked perfectly. There was a full fridge, full stove, and a food lion nearby. I would book again, and I would recommend to a friend.

Good place for the price. Comes with a full kitchen, cable, internet, and a fairly good bed. The location is relatively easy to find and very close to a grocery store (within walkable distance even). Few amenities otherwise but it's not really that kind of place (it's extended stay, not a Mariott after all). I would definitely recommend it to somebody who wants to stay somewhere with a proper kitchen when traveling.
