He never did. But He did say, "worship me on every day as you would one particular day." And He said , "I am here to set you FREE from the laws and testiment of man".

That "they will not listen or heed sound advice". Or be learned enough in The Word to understand sound doctrine. And then......."they' will perish because they were not prepared.

Through the sacrifice - death and resurection - of Jesus Christ and the receiving of Salvation by accepting His Grace that is only possible through His selfless act of dying for our sins.

This verse is referring to end times and the Antichrist and how the Antichrist will deceive and those that believe and follow the Antichrist will perish because they believe the false teachings and not the word of God. Read Mark 16:6 and Luke 21:8 Jesus is saying the same thing as 2Thessalonians.

Jesus was talking to all when he said all should pay taxes.

But Jesus saved us from the "Law of Sins and Death"!! And in the New Testament, Jesus said, "Do NOT worship Me more on one day than any other day"! He also said, "because others worship on a specific day or eat meat or do not eat meat, do not be a stumbling block to them if you chose to not eat meat or worship on the same day as others".
