Over priced small apartments. Some apartments have rats and roaches. They will nickel a Nd dime you to death anyway they can get more money out of you. The wood floors are fake its some sticky material they stick to the ground. Maintenance is horrible and so is management which keeps switching hands. Do yourself a favor and move somewhere else.

Moved into a dirty apartment with cockroaches everywhere. Smelly toilet. Sloppy paint work... totally different from the show off apartment modeling. I was told the apartments were fully remodeled. With the price, I was expecting a better quality.

We lived at Pebble Creek for over two years and it was the worst experience. We moved in, in July and within two weeks of us living there our AC stopped working and we were without AC for two months. They gave us one window unit in the bedroom. Our rent total was wrong almost every single month, so I had to stop autopay and scan the bill every month and the go down to the office and fix it. We were charged twice for things, given a bill that said we didn’t have gas even though we did, charged for a different apartment. We moved out in August and still have not received our final bill and our security deposit. They did not even bother to ask for our forwarding address and we reached out to them and even spelled it out in the phone they still wrote it down wrong. Another issue we had was the water heater exploded and completely flooded our second bedroom, because they did not keep the maintenance up on it. We were ideal tenants and always paid our bills on time and we were taken advantage of. Save your money and live literally anywhere else. I have never written a bad review, but they have had 100 opportunities to fix this situation and just haven’t.

I enjoyed my time at Pebble Creek and only left because I bought a home. The community is safe and clean. Maintenance was super quick and responsive. The move in and move out process was seamless and accommodating. I have recommended this community to a number of people since moving in.
