The store is nearly empty and the customer service sucks... The bends that used to hold candy now just hold trash... I was so disappointed walking thru this store...

Party city is a complete ripoff! I came to just purchase some shiny solid red heart balloons. I walked into the store and asked for them and an associate paid me no mind just pointed to the register. Then when I got to the register, the cashier told me they only had the matted red. Ok so I agree to the matted red. The price comes up to $20 for 6 small balloons! So I asked why is it $20? She tells me they’re 2.99 each. But I look at the place she picked them up from and it says clearly 1.99! I paid and asked to speak to a manager. They’re just unprofessional, inattentive, and uninterested in their customers. I’m super upset because these balloons are worth less than $1
