My fiancé and I were in the market for a new SUV and had looked at multiple dealers before coming here. We currently had a Honda lease and were debating sticking with Honda just to make the lease end process easy. I’m so glad we didn’t!! Scott at parkway Toyota was great! He made the whole process of finding our new RAV4 so easy and trading in my current Honda lease so simple. Buying a car during the pandemic wasn’t ideal, due to wait times and shortages but this was honestly the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I would recommend Scott and the rest of parkway Toyota if you are in the market for a new car!

Peter was a great salesman, despite the back and forth on the decision of which car to choose he was very patient and made sure we got into the right car. Mayer was also a pleasant to work with and made us feel right at home by being very detailed and thorough! I wouldn't recommend anyone else but them! First time I went to a dealership where I was not pressured to make a choice and they always made sure to keep us updated on the car! Huge thanks to Peter and Mayer, they made this process so easy!

Everyone in parkway toyota are great and kind.Especially Richard Hepburn.He is my sale manager.He patiently and professionally explained everything I wanted to know. I arrived in dealership at almost 8p.m,they close at 8:30p.m,in spite of this,they were still kindly and patiently.In order to I could drive home early with my new car, he finished all the paperwork with me until 11 p.m.Really a Good guy.
