Best Honda dealership! I went to fix my car radio that needed a password and for them to check out my check engine light/oil lights that wouldn't turn off after an oil change. Everyone was super friendly, I was there for under 10 minutes and the services were free! I will come back in the future to this location.

Worst buying experience of my life! Domenic Capogreco had few, if any, answers to questions regarding the delivery of the vehicle. The finance manager had no regard for my time. I was told I had to make an appointment to close the deal. I took time from work to show up and he kept me waiting an hour. I was told when Domenic called to say the car was ready for delivery that my credit check would get me 4.99%. The finance manager said that he was just a "sales guy"and he was wrong. So I had to settle for a higher rate... very deceitful. There are all kinds of issues with transferring plates from a totalled vehicle, but that information wasn't shared until a half hour before my insurance agent was closing. But if I hadn't been kept waiting so long, that might not have been an issue. And then just to taunt me, the finance guy said "you better get comfortable over there, it's going to be awhile" referring to the plate issue. All the delays forced me to cancel another appointment and I ended up leaving without the car! Now I have to go back and be tortured again.

The salesperson did not deliver. I said I had a budget of $30 k. Then had me test drive an SUV without disclosing the price of the car. After I said I like the car, the price was >$36 k!!! Then they refused to work with me on the price. Why bother wasting my time??? I went nextdoor to Toyota and the people are wayyy friendlier. Also, both dealerships are the same company and share the same inventory. So I recommend going to Toyota instead. Because the people at Honda are very stereotypical salespersons.

Be careful with these guys. I bring my vehicle in on 8/2/21 for a timing belt Service. While waiting the service advisor comes out let’s me know that my front engine mount is torn and needs replacement, if I buy $600 part they can install it saving me $800 install fee since they are already in that area getting work done, they could not order the part so After service was completed I paid and drove home completely satisfied. I park my car in my driveway and went about some errands. This morning while getting in my car I noticed this baseball size dent on the back of my car. I literally drove this car from the dealership to my driveway no where else. I call the dealership more than one time only to be played around with over the phone. I’m now in the process of dealing with insurance. Thanks a lot PRIME HONDA.
