The service here is garbage. They are fraud and care about $$$$ over quality service to be provided. Management is even more a joke . Just let’s employees do what they want. Pulling up on the drive while valet is sitting down on the phone instead of looking up to approach cars pulling up. Service has went downhill the last year and the Lexus standard is lost

Your best bet is to call and speak to an associate. I am 100% sure they have the vehicle or can order it from another Autonation store. Good luck.

They can definitely help you. You may need proof that you own the car, so bring your ID, insurance card, or anything like that. I'm fairly sure that they cut/program the key on the premises.
